A personal favourite of ours, the ribeye is the perfect steak for everyday eating. Our ribeye’s are heavily marbled with a rich vein of fat running through the centre. Its this marbling that makes them juicy, moist and big on flavour.
Rib-eye is becoming one of the most popular steaks around thanks to its incredibly rich, beefy flavour. It is cut from just above the ribs, an area which does little work.While every person has their own preferences on how rare or well-done they like their steak, with rib-eye it’s generally suggested to cook it until medium at the least, as this gives the fat time to render down and baste the meat.
